Where we ship
We currently accept and ship orders only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing and delivery
Ready-to-ship candles are normally prepared within 2–4 business days. Custom candles may require additional studio time. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after the order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is $7 for orders below $75. Complimentary standard shipping is available for orders of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts.
Returns within 14 days
Unused, unlit and non-personalized products in their original condition and packaging may be requested for return within 14 days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before returning an item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Final-sale items
Custom fragrance blends, personalized labels, gift messages, gift-wrapped orders, used or burned candles and clearance items are final sale unless damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error.
Damage or incorrect items
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
