About these terms
These terms govern your use of lluviadeluz.com and purchases from Lluvia de Luz, a Jtwins L.L.C. brand. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and accept these terms.
Products and handmade variation
Our candles and artisan vessels are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, finish and appearance are expected and are not defects. Product photographs and screen colors may not reproduce every detail exactly.
Orders and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed; we may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory, pricing, fraud or fulfillment issue.
Custom products
Personalized labels, custom fragrance blends and other made-to-order selections are created according to the choices submitted at checkout. Please review every selection carefully. Custom and personalized products are final sale unless damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error.
Safe use
Candles must be used according to the safety instructions supplied with the product and our Candle Care guide. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Lluvia de Luz is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect or failure to follow safety directions.
Returns, shipping and delays
Our Shipping & Return Policy is incorporated into these terms. Carrier delays, weather and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery estimates.
Intellectual property
The Lluvia de Luz name, logo, photography, written content and website design may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
